Whilst studying brewing in Munich, Meantime Brewmaster Alastair Hook was fascinated by the complexity of the local wheat beers and became determined to create his own. The use of 60% wheat and authentic Bavarian yeast gives Meantime Wheat fruity, spicy aromas and flavours, with a soft, mousse-like mouthfeel. Outstanding with soft cheese, fish and shellfish.
