At Meantime we place great emphasis on ensuring that our customers and their staff have as much information about our products as possible and are as well informed about the beers we make as they can possibly be.

Accordingly we have put in place this section of the website as a training resource, where you can find all of our training materials and request training for you and your staff either at the brewery or on your premises. (Please brewery training is available solely for clients and stockists of Meantime products and not for members of the general public at this point in time).

Click here for booking details Course Dates 2010 June 11th June 25th July 16th July 30th August 6th August 27th September 10th October 8th Nivember 19th December 3rd December 10th December 17th Run in partnership withGreenwich Community College, this fun and informative course is designed to give students a fundamental understanding of the brewing process, beer appreciation and the world’s leading beer styles, with particular focus on London’s role as the brewing capital of the world. Old Brewery Courses take place at the Old Brewery, Greenwich and your tutors are Peter Haydon, author of An Inebriated History of Britain, and Rod Jones, Old Brewery brewer. We welcome groups of up to 12 at the brewery at a date and time of your convenience. We explain to them who we are, what we do and what makes us different. We take them through the raw materials and principles of brewing. We then give them a tour of the brewery, which finishes with a tutoured tasting of the beers they sell. We then take them to our pub, the Greenwich Union, where they see how we retail our beers, and where in a changed atmosphere, away from the more formal aspect of our training suite more relaxed conversation helps the lessons of the day sink in. -Top scheduled training days Meantime also have regular scheduled training days designed to with your staff turnover in mind. You can send one or more of your staff along to catch up with the training already received by the main body of your employees.
